Neorelva are manufacturers of metal and plastic packaging solutions with a positive track record accrued over 40 years.
Founded in 1966, the company has integrated in all its production sites all the services you would require for the manufacture of metal and plastic packaging including pre-press and printing facilities. With a continuously improving range of products, designed to satisfy the widest range of market needs, Neorelva and Orrest achieve the highest levels of customer service through the speed and quality of information and advice they share. The company also uses state of the art printing processes to eliminate unnecessary waste and optimise resource efficiency in production. Neorelva a pro-active programme of continuous improvement whereby they seek to advance their processes with environmental and cost performance in mind.
Metal Packaging
Located 60km from Oporto, the metal packaging production site (incorporating the company headquarters) covers an area of 26,500m2. The whole of the metal packaging production and related services are based here from pre-press and printing through components manufacture and final can assembly. With a tin plate transformation capacity of around 15,000 tonnes, the company has 5 printing lines with a total of 3 coating and 6 printing machines and 7 automatic packaging construction lines.
Plastic Packaging
The plastics production line is located near Leiria and includes the capacity for Injection Moulding in polyethylene (PE) and Blow Moulding packages (Jerricans). The site has 20 plastic material transformation lines (17 injection lines and 3 blow moulding lines), together with 6 printing lines in offest and silk-screen printing.
